Police Misconduct Hearing: 2nd September 2026.
A misconduct hearing in relation to Constable 4021 Sheppard was previously scheduled to be held at Police Headquarters, Glan-y-Don, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 8AW commencing at 1000 hrs on 2nd September 2026.

A misconduct hearing in relation to Former Constable 2872 Mark Lee was previously scheduled to be held at Police Headquarters, Glan-y-Don, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 8AW commencing at 1200 hrs on 09 September 2026.
This hearing has been cancelled and will be subject of a further public notice once a date has been determined.
Police Misconduct Hearing: 14th September 2026
A misconduct hearing will be held at Police Headquarters, Glan-y-Don, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AW commencing at 1030hrs on Monday 14th September 2026.
Constable 2434 Richard Williams faces the following allegation:
On 10th May 2023 PC Williams was involved in the arrest of a male at an address in Porthmadog. It is alleged that the force used upon the male by PC Williams was unnecessary, disproportionate and unreasonable.
It is alleged that PC Williams breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Use of Force, Authority, respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct.
The allegations above have been assessed by the Appropriate Authority as amounting to Gross Misconduct.
Public viewing of this hearing will be via remote access through Microsoft Teams.
